Travel carriage clock designed by Charles Richard Comyns. Beautiful small travel-desk clock, created by the top notch and prestigious silversmith company of Charles Richard Comyns. The case frame was made, with neo-classic patterns in the United Kingdom in the 1920. It was carefully crafted in solid .925/.999 sterling silver and finely carved shell, with sterling silver inlaid. It is mounted in a rectangular base with 4 bun feet. The movement: French, mechanical for 8 days and the dial is made of white porcelain with roman numerals and blue steels hands. Suited at the reverse, with a hinged hide door with a twisted lock.  Weight: Have a total combined weight of 368.8 Grams. Measures: 101.6 mm by 70 mm by 42 mm (4.0 x 2.75 x 1.65 Inches). Hallmarks: Stamped Two times, with British control hallmarks; the Rampant Lion cartouche for the assay and the guaranty of the sterling silver, the mark for the city of London, the gothic letter E for the year of production 1920, the serial number and signed, "CR C.
