Charles Henry dress XL

This is such a cute dress from Charles Henry. It has a ruffle neckline and it has faux wrap detailing. It zips up the back and has smocking in back from the neckline to the waist to give a great fit. I bought this thinking it would be great from spring through fall. It’s too big for me and I missed the return window. Due to the smocking in the back it stretches 2” more than the measurements. It is 19.5 pit to pit unstretched and 17” at the waist unstretched. It is navy with pink and white flowers.
