Off shoulders Short sleeves Ruffle trim Elasticized waist Hi-low hem Allover stripes Approx Measurements: 38" bust 30" waist 50" length Small mark on bottom hem, but not sure if will come out with spot treatment? Have not tried... have not worn in 2 years.
