Charcoal dress for black tie affair. Can work with straps or without. Minors spots at the bottom that should come out with a dry clean. Watters (Wtoo) Style 907 ; pewter ; “Inna Chiffon”. Could be worn with 3.5-4 inch heels (I’m 5’5”)
