Romper is lined. Pockets at hips and modesty clasp at bust. I feel like it runs a little small, maybe best for up to a medium as it was too small for me to comfortably try on for this post. For size comparison, I am 5’8”, 38-36-45, usually wear a Large top and 12-16 bottom Ships from a smoke-free household with a dog.
