This is a heavy duty, well made, high quality cape, not the kind you'll find just anywhere. I bought it in a huge Halloween store that sold and rented elaborate costumes. It is black, crushed panne velvet on the outside and red satin on the inside. It is sewn to create a drapey scalloped look, made with a LOT of fabric. You can wear it with either side out. It is 54" long in back from the base of the hood (the neckline) to the hem. The red satin dress that I'm using in these pictures is also a costume dress being sold separately. It is not included with the cape.
