Chaps stretch velvet pants

Beautiful Chaps stretch velvet pants, perfect condition. These have a wide comfort stretch waist band, please see photos for measurements. These pants are a straight fit, not too skinny, and so comfy and dressy. These are a size 4 but fit me and I’m usually a size 6.
