Chaps necklace with dangling blue beads and charms on bright silvertone chain

This is a signed Chaps necklace featuring dangling acrylic beads in navy and light blue along with bright silvertone charms (non-detachable) on a silvertone chain. There is a metal Chaps brand tag near the lobster claw clasp. She measures 16.5 inches plus a 3 inch extender. Excellent pre-owned condition.
