Men’s Chaps XXL Long Sleeve 1/4-Zip Sweater Collar is able to be folded down. One defect found during review for posting, manufacturers tag at back of neck is missing stitching to the top of the tag so tag easily folds down during wear. No other visual or material defects found during review 1/4-Zip style sweater, very comfortable to wear.
