Chaps light blue chambray denim tiered skirt. 100% cotton. Contured bandless waist with an invisible side zipper. Can be worn lower on the hip if desired. Measures 17" flat across the waist, 22" flat across the top hip and 24" length. Size 10 Pre-owned and very gently worn with very minimal signs of wear. Very good condition.
