Chapel soft pile vest

Chapel label is a small boutique in Hong Kong, so highly unlikely you will see this vest on anyone else! I picked it up on my travels for work. Fabric is a wispy pile that is SUPER soft. Inside lining is an even softer low pile minky like lining. Feels like butter! Color is grey. Front overlaps and zips with a metal zipper. Or you can let it hang open and drape. I loved wearing this with a pencil skirt and black ankle boots. Length is 24 1/2" from shoulder. Zipper pockets.
