If you love navy like I do, you will love this dress! Beautiful, flattering boatneck dress for work or fun! 35 inches when off from top to bottom. I am 5'9 1/2 and it hits me a couple inches above the knee. It is on the shorter side if you are taller. For work, I would wear with black opaque tights, which makes it look longer. Bra snaps are there but need to be sewn. 3/4 sleeves are relaxed and hard to find! I am a 4/6 and this dress fits perfect.
