Chanel unworn like new 2006 era black and white patent heel 38.0 (US 8.0)

I got these around 2006 and they have never been worn. As the photos show they are in like new condition. The box is unlabelled so I can't be sure of the style name. They come with the classic white toe and black body. There is some fun design details on the heel and the Chanel logos on each shoe are in perfect condition. The box has some damage as shown. There is a black shoe bag for each shoe. Heels are approximately 4.5 inches high. I haven't marked this NWT given the box damage, but the shoes are unworn like new.
