Chanel silk blouse with four leave clover gold buttons

My lucky top A simple blouse with four leaf clover buttons running down the bottom of the sleeves. 5 buttons on each sleeve and one to button the top up at the back. An extra on the inside for just in case. No size tags but this should fit a US size 6
