matiola @1vanmack I believe it was dirty mark or light reflection as I exterminated top of boots today,specially went to storage to check on that and didn’t find anything ,yes there is some small scuffs at toes but not a scratch that need to be fixed on top of the boots

matiola @1vanmack may be I didn’t understand you correctly,because you said top and of boots can be rolled down and you circled toes , on the toe there is small scratch please see I added picture ,the white was just mark,I cleaned it
