lbee5 @moeekayikyaw It's medium weight, not too light but certainly would need to layer in 40F. I'm live in an island and need to layer when 70F - sorry not helpful. I'll double check on hip measurement

lbee5 @justelaine2u I lost my dad and have been offline for a bit. I'd say the jacket is a 10. I fluctuate between10-12 and wear it either way, looks better when i'm 10. Bust 39”, Waist 36”, Shoulder 17”, Length 29.5”, Sleeve 24”. I haven't changed buttons from when i bought it
