Vintage Chanel 'Creme de la Creme'! Small classic flap crafted from lizard skin with exquisite 24 carat gold-plated hardware. Series 1, produced between 1989 and 1991. In light of Chanel's 2018 commitment to cease using exotic skins, this bag is a rare find and a hot item for collectors, with great investment potential. This black lizard skin classic flap bag features 24K gold-plated hardware, a front flap secured with a CC turn-lock, and a strap made of intertwined gold-plated chain links and leather. Inside, you'll find a black leather lining with an open compartment housing two pockets, and a designated area for lipstick storage. In terms of its condition, it's considered good for a vintage item, but there are signs of wear, including tarnishing, scratches, some loss of gold plating on the hardware and chipping along the edges of the CC (hidden under the turnlock, cannot be seen when the turn lock is closed) , slight creasing on the underside of the flap, minor scuffs, and wear on the interior leather.
