Chanel Vintage 1980's Black Satin, Camellia Gripoix Clasp Shoulder Clutch Bag

"MY LITTLE GEM" This very special purse was given to me as a gift between 1982-1985 from a very special person. I believe it was purchased at I.Magnin in Beverly Hills. I never had too many occasions where I could have used it and I never did use it as it was just too special. I am a saver. I just kept it for the reasons above and was never aware of its monetary value until recently. It's a very sweet and special purse, very lovely. THIS PURSE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION BECAUSE I NEVER USED IT. It is unusual because it is a very vintage item that is brand new. it does not have a serial code. A vintage bag purchased before 1986 cannot have a serial code. Vintage items are often without stickers or a card. The most highly coveted years for Chanel bags were in the 1980's and 1990's.
