Double velcro straps across toes, foot, and rear heel. Brand new in box. Comes with everything. Size 36.5 Oddly--in my opinion--these will fit a size below (36) and up to a 38 if they are fastened differently, and the heel does not hang off. Since the style of the dad sandal allows for more room for the heel and toes in the front and back, this would make sense. I would exercise extreme caution, as this is my professional opinion, and I am in no way saying that this 36.5 is the equivalent fit of the same sandal in a 38.
