kikifashion4u @breslowfamily1 If you open a case. They’ll send you or I a free label that I can print off and ship to your buyer so I don’t have to send back to you first. But I’m happy to do whatever you need me to do. I don’t need a box. I have plenty of things I can pick it in safely. I’ve made the same mistake before. It happens. Happy to do whatever I need to help.

kikifashion4u @breslowfamily1 I went to Poshmark’s support and didn’t see that selection. I think that is usually there if you make a purchase and receive the wrong item. The problem is, it doesn’t show a purchase I made at all because instead you didn’t mix up purchases. You just sent me another item by mistake. It doesn’t even show I received a delivery of anything on Poshmark. I can just open a case and screenshot your item and that it was sent from you to me. Does your buyer have an account?

I have submitted like 5 tickets to posh support to and haven’t got a response back. i’m hoping they will on a weekday. the buyer is on this trend above. lisapfrench4. My ticket to posh asked if we could have them print a shopping label to you. fingers crossed they answer soon

kikifashion4u @breslowfamily1 okay. Yes. It usually takes them a couple days to answer. I bet they answer tomorrow. I won’t open a ticket until around 2pm tomorrow, if you still haven’t heard anything. I’m sure we can get it resolved and mailed off by Wednesday and hopefully to your buyer by Saturday delivery so she’ll have it by the end of the week. Just keep me posted tomorrow.
