These are brand new never worn. I had my sales rep at Neiman Marcus order these for me. She told me they ran small so I ordered a half size bigger. They are too big and I couldn’t return them because when I finally decided to wear them I realized I accidentally threw the box and receipt away and it was also past the 30 day to return. I just tried calling your wife but didn’t get an answer
