No card but the number on the back is the Chanel certificate number, which is visible in the last photos.

@italy27 no offense was meant to you! Sorry if you took it that way. I am not about to sell a watch that’s a fake Chanel. You can see the rest of my closet is made up of all designer pieces which can’t be faked.
I am a dentist and very busy too, I will do my best to take a photo tomorrow in the daylight that displays the numbers. My point was that PM authenticates sales that are sold as designer pieces. This protects both the buyer and the seller, have a good night.
