Chanel Limited Edition Black and White Espadrilles

I bought these 5 years ago and they were part of the limited cruise collection. They look worn in the pictures but on the foot the signs of wearing don’t show so much (I promise). I’ve attached my receipt as well as well as added pictures of the codes. I always get compliments on these shoes and they are super cute, but just want to get something different now!
