@wendyschneid766 hi! Reading Chanel tags can be a bit confusing, the “WHITE M” is referring to the hardware. Silver hardware will be marked as “white” on the tag, Google may be able to explain better than I can. No damage & no receipt included. Poshmark will be able to authenticate for you. Thanks!
