melissa_gamble @deeeezee The leather braided through the chain strap has 2-3 stitches at both ends securing it. At one end that stitch had come free. It was absolutely my oversight. The bag is available again but please keep in mind I wouldn't be able to ship until Monday or Tuesday next week if there are no delays with repair shop. I doubt there will be with everything going on. Please let me know if you have any questions.
