Chan Luu Black Tiered Elastic Drawstring Waist Skirt - SMALL

Beautiful high quality, typical Chan Luu quality. The tiered skirt has lace trim and embroidered details. The size is very forgiving. The ends of each drawstring are adorned with silver bells. Waist measures 14" up to 17" across when fully stretched out. The waist is elastic and has a drawstring so it's adjustable and able to tighten. Full length is 37". Looks so cute with just a t-shirt or dressed up with nice blouse. The second tier is delicately pleated giving it a nice detail and high end look. Fully lined. Both skirt and lining are 100% Viscose.
