Champagne Tule Dress

It has studs on the shoulders and an off-white elastic band around the waist. The top is a sand color, while the skirt is a champagne/rosegold tule with sparkles. The skirt has 3 layers, a bottom satin lining and 2 layers of the tule fabric atop. The tule has a bendable hem, giving it a wave pattern and making it look more full. There’s a very small section where the stitching connecting the top with the waistband has come undone. About 1/2in section. Hard to spot and should be a very easy fix.
