Chambray Tiered Dress with Anchor Print

Super cute dress with anchor print! Goes great with red accessories (I’ve worn with red jewelry or shoes). Could be worn to a shower, picnic or for the 4th of July! There is a stain on the chest, shown in the 4th picture. Size M, but fits like a S. 15” across the chest. 14” across the waist. 32” from shoulder to hem.
