Chambray Skirt sz 1x NWT never wore

Reposhing this item I purchased from @stephjpacs. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! I t is super cute, I just never wore it. i searched for this style high and low ( get it, high and low) but then onec I got it, I didn't wear it. This is really large for the size. This one is a 1x and would easily fit a 3x
