Lovely chambray ruffle tunic. Beautiful ruffle detail on the cap sleeves and around the neck and front. 6 pleats on the front and 1 inch waistband at the natural waist. A few gathers in the back at the center. Blue/gray and is 100% cotton. Has an invisible zipper on the left side seam.
