rileyscloset1 @rachelmpryor sorry for the delay. The holidays distracted me. This coat will keep you warm, but I wouldn’t call it water proof. I dint believe the fabric has a water repellent coating. Sorry.

rileyscloset1 @erikaraebrown Hi! I would say true to size. I definitely don’t think it runs small. If anything, you may be able to get a 6/ 7 year old to use bc it’s a coat so the length is in your favor. Hope this helps.

rileyscloset1 @erikaraebrown totally get it, hard to purchase items for kids for the future. The tag say 6-7 if that helps. Up to you, but it should work for a 7 year old.
