Chadwicks Pleated Work Dress

Chadwicks black knee dress- little flare/movement to it when worn. The pics do not show how nice it looks on. Heavier material and a quality piece. A collar and 2 buttons can be worn opened or closed. Little flare to the sleeves. I remember it having a fit and flare kind of feel to it when worn. From about 2008, hard to find dresses like this. Hard to part with, I would keep but it is too small now. Only worn a handful of times.
