I'm very interested in these shoes. However, could you confirm for me that the straps will loosen and tighten as expected? I had a pair of these exact sandals and was unable to loosen them no matter what I tried. I would hate to have that happen again. Thanks!

You can disregard my question. I actually called the company, and these were made preadjusted and can not be loosened or tightened. Too bad they are very cute.
