iamhydro hello. I have 2 questions. 1) in the picture that shows the heel straps - it looks like there's a Chunk missing from the right heel strap. Is this true? 2) are these easy or difficult to adjust? most of my chacos have been easy, but I had one pair that required pliers.

studiomjv @iamhydro Hi, straps are all there it just curled inwards on that photo. And It's a pull strap, very easy to adjust.
