Cha Cha Vente brand - New without tags. All one piece lightweight flowy top attached to a white tank. Colors are black, blue, green, orange, yellow and white. Pretty tropical design. Tag says size 2x, please check measurements. I measure the soft stretchy tank armpit to armpit 23" and shoulder to hem 28"
