Beautiful green, stretchy top by C’est City, an August Silk collection. This is new without tags. The fabric is very stretchy so the waist looks very small hanging but it is just the fabric pulling together when it’s not being worn. The V-neckline makes this top stand out lined in black jewel-like squares. Dress it up or dress it down.
