Ces Femme Red White and Blue Off-the-Shoulder Blouse

Lightweight cotton/polyester blend, Ces Femme off-the-shoulder blouse. The size is small/medium and the smocked neckline has a lot of stretch. The cover photo of the blouse shows the color best, the red and blue are softer colors so it is not super bold. There is also a cute knot detail at the end each sleeve. Never worn, excellent condition.
