These are very fun Certified International birthday cake plates by Sue Zipken. They are hand painted. The plates feature a fun cupcake with candles purple, yellow, blue background with fun stars and other decoration. It states, "Happy Birthday to You! This pattern was discounted in 2010-2011. They are pre-owned and in great condition. One plate has a very small chip on the rim as pictured. They are 8 1/4'' in diameter.
