Starbucks has 2 level of basic certification in their learning program, being barista and then barista trainer. They regularly release new sets for baristas working in the company at that time. While working at Starbucks, I was able to collect the generations of pin (minus the barista trainer pin that matches the coffee cup). I also have the green heart pin which is rare because it was meant to symbolize baristas who worked through the first wave of the pandemic, but most stores were closed.
