Navy blue bridesmaid dress “Portia dress” from ceremony by Joanna August. Purchased at Nordstrom, worn once. Hemmed for 5’4”. Adjustable wrap dress with side tie, straps adjustable and fabric sleeves can be worn on top of shoulder (like picture) or off shoulder. Size xs, but very adjustable. No stains, rips or issues.
