Hoopskirt is NOT included. Size: Euro 42, US approximate sz 6 Armpit to Armpit: 15.5" Flat Waist: 12.5" Flat Hip: 23" Flat Length (Waist to Hem): 41.5" Ceremonia Overall good condition. Faux silk has natural imperfections. Some staining and dirt, especially around hem and train.
