This listing is for a set of two highly collectible and rare Ceramicraft shells. They are called “Tropical Treasures”. This company was a very popular pottery company based in San Clemente California in the 1950s . William Robinson made a name for himself, manufacturing these clever potteries and shipped them all over the United States and too many foreign countries. This set of shells is rare and one has two chips at the base. It also has a very thin hairline crack. Examine each picture so that you will see what you are buying. There are spots on both shells where the gold paint is rubbing off a bit. The last picture shows that the hairline crack is about 2 inches long.
