Ceramica Yapacunchi Ecuadorean Crespo Vase

In VGUC, a striking vase produced in the heart of the Southern Andean region of Ecuador, known for its beautiful hand-painted ceramics. Founded in 1969, Ceramica Yapacunchi art was sold throughout Ecuador & soon thereafter expanded to the int'l market. This one is signed "Crespo", one of the surnames of the founders/artisans. It's a beautiful color green, pine or dark persian. Gold lip has light abrasion marks w/some light wear on base. Approximate measurements: 8" tall, 3" base, 2" mouth
