Ceramic pewter vintage mug 1972

Markings are SWP 166-72 on the ceramic mug and on the pewter mug there is a number 2 inscribed on the bottom along with USA and the RWP on the side of the mug. There are more etchings inside, but I can't get the picture to show it too clearly. When looking up the history on this piece, it is made in Pennsylvania. People refer to it as the Wilton Armetale mug. Used as a coffee mug or tavern mug. I have also seen antique stores put a shaving cream brush in it to be used at a barbershop for an old-fashioned shave.
