Ceramic elephant planter

Three elephants are dancing around this ceramic bamboo planter. There is no maker’s mark or any other indications where it came from or when that I can find. But, it is whimsical and nicely painted except for the bottom which seems to have the brown splashed on there. No chips or dings that I found. The planter is 7 inches across and 3.25 inches tall. The inside is glazed green. I have not seen any others planters like this.
