Ceramic Vase or Planter, cobalt blue

Thus is a like new oval vase or planter. Beautiful cobalt blue. It has felt pads to protect your furniture. The approximate measurements are 10.5"x7.25"x4". The opening is almost 6.25"x 3.25". I have no idea what the 939 means on the bottom. This was given to me in 1994. I have had it in a drawer for years. LOL. Time for someone else to enjoy it. It is in lovely condition.
