@laura_in_hb the matte one is super flat and more pink, and the regular one is a little more brown (not actually glossy but a little slicker than the matte one). Would you mind checking Photos online and confirming?

@a_y_s I’m SO sorry for the late reply. I added a couple photos - the last two - showing it’s more on the brown side. The outside is matte both to the touch and to the eye, but the inside is glossy. I hope this helps!
