How big is a small compared to that size? I know a small is too small for my. wrist. Sorry I haven't gotten back to you much today

@debracalaway Hi Debra . I make my women bracelets 7 inch and a quarter wich is the size that fits most ( for wrist 5.5 to 7 ) How big is your wrist ? If you can measure it for me i can adjust smaller or bigger of needed . We can do with or whitout charm if you want . Not a problem at all . I have 6mm beads snowflake like in this item with celtuc charm or i have a little bigger 8mm like on the lotus flower one you commented on . Lmk
