Celine by Champion Navy blue fitted V-neck dress short sleeves. Size L Large. Style 8864 Cut 141560. Sleeves have a slight puff at the top and measure about 5". This is a slim fitting dress - it will hug the body as the fabric has stretch. The ruching at waist ( fabric gathered together to create a ripple-like effect) helps camouflage trouble spots at the tummy section. It is difficult to capture the color in photos. I would describe it as a Navy but not a midnight blue. It is distinguishable from black pretty easily. Wear Navy as an alternative to a a little black dress - LBD alternative. This would be a GREAT TRAVEL DRESS because it doesn't wrinkle. it is 82% Polyester and 32% rayon. Great for taking on a cruise or other travel when you need a nice dinner dress. Measurements: armpit to armpit 19" front and back; Length shoulder to him 39"; waist 15". No zipper - this is an over the head dress. It has a lot of stretch in the fabric to help.
