Celebrity Floor Length Dress, Royal Blue Color

BRAND NEW, never used! Beautiful floor length dress in color Royal Blue. It’s comfortable, nice neck design, and has some bone structure to add some support, but can also be worn with a strapless bra. Love the dress and bought it for a wedding, but bride decided to go with another dress (yet again.. see other dress). Dress is modeled after Blake Lively’s dress! Note: Length has already been altered for a 5’2” frame with 4 inch heels :)
